The Role

Our high-performing Sydney environmental team is growing with a wide range of interesting projects and sustainable design. We are a large multidisciplinary company with iconic projects across renewables, environmental studies, dam & hydropower, solar power projects, energy transition and transport.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic recent Environmental Planning or Environmental Engineering Graduate for immediate start to join our Sydney team.   This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, contributing to both environmental planning and sustainability projects across a wide range of sectors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Undertaking data analysis and contributing to evidence-based decision-making

  • Supporting a variety of multi-disciplinary projects and opportunities including infrastructure and urban development

  • Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders and supporting project delivery teams

  • Supporting the delivery of sustainability services including climate resilience assessments, sustainability ratings (e.g., IS, Green Star

Ideal applicants will have/be:

  • A recent Graduate in Urban and Environmental Planning or Environmental Engineering

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment

  • Enthusiasm for a career in Environmental Planning and Sustainability, underpinned by a knowledge and understanding of our sector and a strong passion for delivering regenerative, nature-positive and climate-resilient outcomes.

  • Committed to driving quadruple bottom line impacts through a systems thinking approach
