About the role:

RSM contains a fully accredited Financial Planning practice that devises practical solutions to help our clients achieve their goals.

This position will provide a newly graduated student the opportunity to join a team of experts and commence their career in Financial Planning.

Position Summary

This is an entry level position with a heavy focus on learning and development and assisting the division. Join a growing team and build your career, with a view towards full qualification over time.

This position is set to start in January 2027

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learning the relevant legislation & financial planning standards and industry practices
  • Assisting in the preparation of investment advice documents for clients;
  • Support financial advisers with general client administration and processes.
  • Support financial advisers in the implementation of investment recommendations.

About you:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Completed a Business / Finance / Commerce degree by December 2026 or earlier
  • Major in Financial Planning or demonstrated interest

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

Essential

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
