About this opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and customer-focused PMO Lead to join Ericsson's ANZA Cloud Software and Services team, supporting large-scale telecommunications transformation programs across 5G Core Networks, Cloud Infrastructure, Network Modernisation and Digital Transformation.
In this role, you will provide governance, planning, reporting, project controls, dependency management and executive visibility across complex, multi-stream programs. You will work closely with Program Directors, Customer Project Managers, Solution Architects, delivery teams and senior customer stakeholders to support successful program execution.
You will create and maintain the program's single source of truth for schedules, milestones, risks, issues, governance records, readiness status and executive reporting, while driving delivery discipline and operational excellence.

What you will do:- Own the Integrated Master Schedule, baselines, milestones and delivery plans- Drive project controls, scheduling, forecasting, critical path analysis and recovery planning- Manage risks, issues, actions, assumptions, dependencies and decision logs- Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, reporting packs and customer reviews- Support change, variation and baseline control activities- Track readiness across design, build, test, migration, cutover, handover and acceptance- Coordinate cross-functional and third-party dependencies across workstreams- Provide program reporting, insights, analytics and executive decision support- Drive process improvement, governance maturity, automation and reporting efficiency- Maintain document governance, repositories, audit evidence and delivery records- Act as the key contact for customer governance and program control teams
You will bring:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Business, Project Management or equivalent- Project Management certification preferred, such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP or MSP- Minimum of 8 years experience in PMO, Program Controls, Program Management or large-scale project delivery- At least 5 years leading program governance, planning, scheduling and reporting functions- Experience in customer-facing telecommunications, technology, cloud or systems integration programs- Experience supporting executive governance and senior stakeholder decisions- Strong knowledge of governance, project controls, scheduling and portfolio reporting- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, critical path analysis, baselines and forecasting- Knowledge of risk, issue, dependency and change management frameworks- Strong analytical skills and experience developing dashboards and reporting packs- Experience in contractual and customer-driven delivery environments
