About the role

Our team is growing and as a result, we are looking for upcoming or recent graduate Physiotherapists to join our 2 year graduate program on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders.

You will receive regular and ongoing support, including individual and small group professional development, and career planning sessions. We offer flexibility with consulting hours, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while developing as a healthcare professional.

This role involves providing high-quality and evidence-based treatment to our patients to ensure they achieve their goals. A wide variety of case presentations are available in the clinics including sporting, musculoskeletal and general physiotherapy cases.

As a Graduate Physiotherapist you will be...

  • Assessing and diagnosing a variety of musculoskeletal and/or sporting injuries
  • Developing your clinical knowledge by creating and implementing treatment and rehabilitation plans
  • Providing the appropriate manual therapy, exercise prescription, education and other modalities as per the treatment plan
  • Running group exercise classes
  • Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals to help provide holistic care to patients
  • Communicating with general practitioners and referrers.
  • Providing treatment management plans and other reports for stakeholders including third party payers.
