If you're ready to build a career in real assets, the Dexus Graduate Program is a great place to start.

Our Selection Process

We are pleased to guide you through our selection process, which includes the following key dates and steps:

Apply Online: Applications open on Thursday, 23rd April and close at 11:59pm on Thursday, 7th May. We encourage you to apply as early as possible.

Eligibility: At the time of application, candidates must hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency. You must complete your degree before the Graduate Programme commences in February 2027.

  • Step 1: Online Application via Workday

  • Step 2: Invitation to complete Video Interview (7 days to submit the video interview)

  • Step 3: Psychometric Assessment: The psychometric assessment will evaluate your cognitive abilities, personality traits, and work-related behaviours. This helps us understand your strengths and how you might fit within our team.

  • Step 4: Attend an In-Person Interview: Interviews will be held at our Quay Quarter Tower offices in Sydney in May (Monday 25th May – Friday 5th June).

  • Step 5: Offers Extended: Successful candidates will receive offers in early June 2026.

About You

We're looking for graduates who are curious, commercially minded, and ready to contribute from day one. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Business, or another discipline relevant to the real assets

  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field (advantageous).

  • Digital literacy and a genuine curiosity about the role of technology and AI in the real assets sector.

  • A demonstrable track record of involvement beyond your studies — showing you take initiative, back yourself, and don't wait to be asked.

  • An intellectual curiosity that extends well beyond the curriculum — you actively seek out opportunities to learn, develop, and stay ahead.

You will also bring:

  • A genuine curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.

  • An analytical mindset, with the confidence to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to what the situation requires.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
