The Role

As a Graduate Project Manager at AECOM, you have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects across a wide array of sectors. These include water projects, transport projects, and defence projects to name but a few, for both public and private sector clients.

The Graduate will assist other members of the PM team to drive projects forward and ensure that our clients achieve the assets that their business function requires. This involves working at all stages of the project from initial concept right through to construction and operation of the asset. The PM is a key interface between the client, design team, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.

As you progress through our recruitment process, you'll have the opportunity to select your preferred discipline and location, along with second and third choices. To be considered for this role, please choose any of the Project Management options as your first preferred discipline

• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
