Profile Requirements:

  • Min 5 Years of Proven Experience in print and digital design
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong production expertise, including file preparation, layout design, and prepress best practices.
  • Advanced photo editing and retouching capabilities
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals-typography, visual hierarchy, and composition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design and production proficiency

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and produce a variety of marketing and informational materials, including direct mail, print registries, magazine spreads (Fortune, Forbes, Bloomberg, Conde Nast publications), plaques, brochures, digital articles, and digital billboards (Times Square).
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with project needs.
  • Research and stay up to date on design, publishing, and industry trends to bring fresh ideas and approaches to projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and production teams to help manage and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
  • Handle all image requests, maintain organized image libraries, and ensure project files and assets are properly managed.
  • Prepare production-ready files and mechanicals for print and digital output, coordinating with vendors to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions, providing innovative ideas for campaigns and branding projects.
