Your Impact
- End-to-End Governance: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring strict adherence to safety, financial, and quality standards.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary interface for our customers, managing contract terms, expectations, drawing approvals, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with global factories and local subcontractors to manage imports / logistics and delivery schedules.
- Risk Mitigation: Champion a process-oriented approach; identify potential risks early and implement decisive mitigating actions.
- Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the project P&L, including billing, cash collection, and claim management.
What You Bring
- Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Project Management. Essential: Strong technical knowledge of Grid products, including GIS, AIS, Circuit Breakers, Disconnector, Power Transformers, , and Substation systems.
- Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrated success in project management, specifically within high-value infrastructure or utility environments.
- Commercial Acumen: A solid grasp of contract administration and the ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between global manufacturing sites and local customer requirements.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
