The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Group Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team based in Parramatta.
Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, this is a key role responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial reporting across the Australian business. You will work closely with finance teams and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring reporting accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual group financial reports and consolidations.
- Assist with statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards and corporate reporting requirements.
- Coordinate reporting inputs from multiple business units and finance teams.
- Maintain and improve consolidation and reporting systems and processes.
- Assist with external and internal audit requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities as required.
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.
- CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in financial reporting, group reporting, external audit, or a similar accounting role.
- Experience working within a large corporate environment or within a Big 4/Mid-tier accounting firm will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and financial reporting frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability.
- Strong financial systems and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
