The Role

Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, lead initiatives to uplift risk maturity across the ATI Group, including implementing new systems, frameworks and processes, with an immediate focus on the selection, implementation and embedding of a Group-wide Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform. The role is a senior individual contributor partnering with Divisional leaders to operationalise the Group Risk Management Framework


About you

You are a commercially minded and technically capable professional with experience implementing and embedding GRC platforms in complex organisations. Combining strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and risk management capability, you thrive in hybrid roles that blend systems implementation, enterprise risk, and business transformation.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the selection, implementation and ongoing management of a Group-wide Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform
  • Drive vendor evaluation, procurement, business case development and contract negotiations for new risk technology solutions
  • Own and enhance the Group Risk Management Framework, including risk appetite, taxonomy, policies and rating methodologies
  • Facilitate enterprise-wide risk and control assessments, providing guidance and challenge to Divisional stakeholders and risk owners
  • Develop executive and Board-level risk reporting, dashboards and KRIs to support informed decision-making
  • Deliver training, user support and continuous improvement initiatives to embed risk frameworks, systems and best practice across the Group


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree qualified with 7+ years' experience in enterprise / operational risk management, preferably in the technology or financial services sector
  • Proven track record operating at senior levels — presenting to and influencing Executive audience
  • Strong technical experience leading the selection and implementation of a GRC platform (e.g. Protecht, Riskonnect, ServiceNow GRC, Archer)
  • Ability to understand a complex business, think strategically and commercially and work autonomously
  • Strong analytical and project planning skills, with experience delivering multi-stream uplift programs end-to-end
  • Deep working knowledge of risk management standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 31000, three lines model)
