About us
  • At coreflow, we're redefining entertainment with AI. We're one of the fastest-growing startups globally, serving 20 million users in our first year. We're an in-person company based in Sydney, Australia.

  • We're guided by a set of principles that are foundational to our work and drive every decision:

    • User-first: We build things that people want. We invest time to understand our users and focus on adding value instead of extracting value.

    • High agency, high ownership: We're responsible for the pieces we own, end-to-end. We own every mistake, figure out what went wrong, and fix it. We don't blame anyone or anything else.

    • Urgency: This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We prioritize well, find ways to increase leverage, and move at an inspirational pace.

What you'll do
  • You'll help scale our paid channels, working across the execution that keeps it moving: media buying, campaign optimization, and the customer analytics that tell us what's actually working. You'll operate across unique paid acquisition channels, and you'll sharpen the playbook as you learn it. You live CPMs, CTRs, CPAs, targeting, experimentation, and optimization. You'll work AI-first, with AI tooling as your default operating environment.

Example projects
  • Run the campaigns. Manage spend across multiple paid channels, balancing scale, optimization, and experimentation within the budgets you own. You'll know where every dollar went and what it brought back.

  • Run the expansion playbook. Launch in new regions, networks, and audiences. Help find our ideal customers in every corner of the internet, and flag what's working and what isn't.

  • Feed the test-and-learn engine. Run experiments across audiences, creative, placements, and bidding, and bring back what you learn. Real tests, not ones you forget by Friday.

  • Read the funnel and the data behind it. Dig into the customer data to understand who's converting and why. Trace the funnel from first impression to paying subscriber, spot where it leaks, and run the test to fix it.

What you'll bring
  • At least a year in performance marketing, growth, or analytics, or a track record from somewhere demanding that shows you’d pick it up fast.

  • A feel for the numbers. You can tell when a campaign is trending the wrong way, even if you can't yet say exactly why.

  • Hands-on comfort in the data yourself. You can read a dashboard, follow a funnel, and dig into customer data without waiting to be told what happened.

  • High attention to detail combined with a scrappy, experimental mindset.

  • Creativity paired with an obsession with numbers. We love charts that go up and to the right, and you will too.

  • A hunger to win. This won't be easy, and no one has done it before.

What we offer
  • Competitive compensation with meaningful upside.

  • A company card for food, coffee, tools, and anything that helps you operate at a high level.

  • Daily team lunch and dinner at the office.

  • Unlimited workspace budget. Build your ideal setup.

  • Real ownership and impact from day one.

  • Based in Sydney and hiring globally. We sponsor visas and offer relocation assistance to help you make the move.

How we think about comp

Our overarching philosophy is to raise the ceiling for our best performers, not the floor. We pay based on the value you add to the company.

  • The range listed for this role is total comp: cash plus equity combined, with superannuation paid on top.

  • We re-evaluate compensation every 6 months. Bonuses are backward-looking; raises are forward-looking.

  • A bonus rewards work you've already done, like exceptional output or consistently performing above your level.

  • A raise reflects that you've moved up. It resets your baseline to match the higher level you're now operating at.

Our interview process
  1. A quick phone call to learn about you and share more about our company.

  2. A live challenge, 1hr, working through a toy problem.

  3. A paid work trial, so you get a feel for what it's like to work with us.

  4. You get an offer, and we celebrate!

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
