Why this is an exciting opportunity

We're looking for a National Growth Enablement Manager to join HUB24 in a newly created role as we continue to grow, innovate and invest in the future. Partnering across Growth, Product, Strategy, Marketing and Operations, you'll turn strategy into action.
From platform enhancements and adviser initiatives to commercial campaigns and business transformation programs, you'll ensure change is understood, adopted and delivers meaningful outcomes for advisers, clients and the business.
You'll bring a strong understanding of the financial advice and broader wealth management ecosystem, ideally gained within a platform, wealth, superannuation or advice-led organisation. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups, you'll be skilled at bringing clarity to complexity and moving initiatives from concept to execution.
Most importantly, you'll have a strong voice-of-customer mindset, advocating for advisers, clients and frontline teams to ensure solutions are practical, valuable and easy to implement.
If you enjoy solving complex challenges, driving meaningful change and building something new, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a high-profile role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead business readiness and take-to-market execution for product enhancements, platform developments, strategic initiatives and commercial growth programs.
  • Translate complex business priorities into practical execution plans, playbooks, communications and enablement tools for client-facing teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Operations and Client Services to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Champion the voice of advisers, clients and frontline teams, ensuring their needs and experiences are considered throughout planning and implementation.
  • Drive sales enablement, capability uplift and adoption initiatives that improve productivity, consistency and commercial performance.
  • Embedding best-practice disciplines and ways of working such as Salesforce initiatives.
  • Leverage data, adviser insights and market trends to identify opportunities, improve execution and drive continuous improvement.
  • Explore and champion opportunities to leverage AI, Copilot, agent automation and digital tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish clear governance, delivery rhythms and success measures to ensure initiatives are effectively prioritised, executed and adopted.

What you bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong understanding of the financial advice, platform and broader wealth management ecosystem, with platform experience highly regarded.
  • Experience in sales enablement, business readiness, go-to-market execution, change delivery, commercial transformation or strategic project delivery.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, connect multiple priorities and provide structure in a fast-moving environment.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for improving adviser, client and frontline team experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions that drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to bring people together and drive alignment across diverse teams.
  • Commercially minded and outcomes-focused, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making.
