At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and impact.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.
It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

📱 Our Product Team

Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design and Business teams.

Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value:

  • Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.

  • Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.

  • Joko AI builds the next value proposition: a shopping assistant powered by advanced AI and new interaction models, combining deep technical and product innovation.

  • Internal needs serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability.

🎯 What you will do

As Joko's first dedicated Growth Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape what growth product means at Joko from the ground up. Reporting to Fabien (VP Product), your mission is to generate growth across usage and monetization — owning the full AARRR funnel and operating as one of the most cross-functional PMs in the company.

  • Growth strategy: You will define and execute a product strategy to drive acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral. You will identify the highest-impact levers and build the roadmap to activate them.

  • Onboarding: You will own the user onboarding journey — from app download to completed setup (desktop extension, bank linking, MSE install) — and continuously improve conversion at every step across mobile, web app, and browser extension.

  • Joko AI: Joko AI — our shopping assistant powered by advanced AI and new interaction models — is the next core pillar of our value proposition. As soon as it ships in the product, the Growth task force will own its onboarding and activation: designing how new and existing users discover it, try it, and turn it into a daily habit. You will be at the forefront of bringing AI to millions of shoppers.

  • Experimentation: You will run a high cadence of A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement across the funnel. With Joko's user volumes, even a 2% conversion lift translates into meaningful impact — and you will own that process end to end.

  • Referral & retention: You will drive the referral program and lead initiatives to reduce churn, one of Joko's key improvement areas.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with Marketing (growth & CRM), the Business Line PMs (Online, Gift Cards, Card-Linked), the Joko AI tribe, the Data team, and a dedicated Product Designer embedded in your task force.

  • Revenue: You will contribute to monetization initiatives, identifying how to better convert and extract value from the existing user base.

👀 Who we're looking for
  • Experience: You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Manager in a B2C product with a large user base. You've owned and shipped improvements across a growth or conversion funnel end-to-end, run A/B tests at scale (with +10K users), and operated at a senior level on top-line growth.

  • Analytical skills: You are deeply data-driven. You are comfortable analyzing experiment results, diving into conversion data, and working daily with a Data Analyst. SQL or strong analytics tool proficiency is a plus.

  • Iteration mindset: You are at ease with continuous improvement — you don't need to build 0-to-1 to feel fulfilled. You love finding the best next experiment, shipping it fast, and learning from results.

  • Stakeholder management: You excel at aligning Marketing, CRM, Business Lines, and Data teams around shared metrics and priorities. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential, as this role sits at the center of the organization and directly impacts top-line performance.

  • Curiosity & breadth: You enjoy jumping between different product surfaces (mobile app, web app, browser extension) and topics (onboarding, referral, churn, revenue) without losing focus or quality.

  • AI wizard: You constantly challenge yourself to stay ahead of the curve on AI tools, automation, and new ways of working — and you actively bring these into your practice.

  • Languages: You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better.
