About Marloo

Financial advisers carry an extraordinary responsibility. They guide people through the most important financial decisions of their lives. For too long the tools available to them have been unworthy of that responsibility.

We are building the AI partner that changes that. Not a notetaker, but the infrastructure the profession has always needed and never had.

Backed by Blackbird Ventures, the first and largest investor in Canva. In under a year we have onboarded 650+ firms across six countries with almost zero churn. We are at the beginning of something significant and the momentum speaks for itself.

What you'll do

Deliver compelling demos

Run product demonstrations at scale, customising value propositions to prospect needs and converting warm leads into paying customers.

Own customer onboarding

Shepherd new users from signup through initial value achievement, building confidence and removing friction points.

Drive conversion and retention

Guide customers from trial to paid status while demonstrating ROI and ensuring sustained value.

Build momentum

Execute creative market engagement through events, webinars, customer advocacy, and outreach strategies.

Solve critical problems

Own outcomes across GTM, operations, product, and hiring, launching manual experiments before scaling.

You're a fit if

  • 2+ years customer-facing experience in consulting, startups, sales, or customer success

  • Strong communication skills connecting features to business outcomes

  • Low ego with ambitious, gritty mentality; high bias toward action

  • Active AI power user leveraging technology for 10x productivity

  • Coachable with rapid learning velocity

  • Commitment to in-person Sydney office collaboration with international travel capability

Nice to have

  • High-growth startup background

  • Financial services, wealth management, or financial advice exposure

Salary range: $90-120k depending on experience. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis and determined relative to open compensation standards. Happy to discuss what that would look like for you specifically during our interview process.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
