We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Brand-Led Growth to lead and scale Procore’s brand-to-pipeline engine across the APAC region. This pivotal role will be responsible for transforming brand equity and thought leadership into measurable business impact, driving awareness, credibility, engagement, and downstream pipeline and ARR growth.
You will own the end-to-end strategy and orchestration of Procore’s flagship brand and authority-building programmes, translating global positioning and intellectual property into high-impact, locally relevant campaigns that move priority audiences through the funnel.
Sitting at the intersection of Brand, Demand, and Expand, you will ensure Procore shows up consistently, credibly, and distinctively across APAC’s priority segments, while maintaining a clear line of sight to commercial outcomes.
This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and reports to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing.
What You Will Do
Own and scale APAC’s brand-led growth engine
Lead the end-to-end strategy for Procore APAC’s flagship all-audience programmes, including AI Initiatives, ROI Report, Innovation Summit and Virtual Executive Forum
Build repeatable campaign blueprints that connect brand investment to measurable pipeline impact.
Ensure programmes are designed to drive engagement, influence buying groups, and accelerate demand creation.
Translate thought leadership into commercial momentum
Partner with the Director of Industry Insights to operationalise global Thought Leadership Pillars into APAC-relevant marketing programmes.
Convert insight-led content into commercially driven campaigns that support regional growth priorities.
Act as the bridge between insight development and market execution, ensuring credibility and revenue relevance.
Act as the global-to-local brand orchestrator
Serve as APAC’s strategic filter for global brand and thought leadership initiatives, determining what to localise, adapt, scale, or sequence.
Advocate for APAC market needs and insights within global planning cycles.
Ensure brand consistency while maximising regional commercial impact.
Integrate Brand with Demand and Expand motions
Partner with Campaigns, Digital, Events, Customer Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure brand programmes directly support demand generation and expansion plays.
Design programmes that influence both digital and sales-assisted buying journeys.
Align brand outputs to inbound, outbound, and ABM priorities without owning channel execution.
Drive performance visibility and continuous optimisation
Define success metrics for brand-led growth programmes across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Track performance trends and translate insights into optimisation actions.
Communicate impact clearly to senior stakeholders and GTM leadership.
What We Are Looking For
8+ years of experience in brand, thought leadership, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Proven success leading large-scale, multi-channel brand or authority-building programmes
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how brand drives pipeline and ARR
Experience operating within global-to-local marketing models
Exceptional narrative development and messaging capabilities
Highly data-informed with strong analytical and measurement discipline
Collaborative and influential, comfortable partnering across Marketing, Sales, Success, and Product
Strategic thinker with strong executional rigour
Excellent communicator and storyteller able to align senior stakeholders

Base Pay Range:
180,000.00 - 247,500.00 AUD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
