Role and Responsibilities

  • Set and own the Consumer Electronics brand and category strategy, aligning local plans with global direction and translating masterbrand strategy into actionable Australian market programs.

  • Lead the development and execution of fully integrated marketing communications, including media, creative, and channel activity, ensuring consistency across all owned, retail, and partner touchpoints.

  • Manage a significant marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, accurate forecasting, and strong return on investment across all initiatives.

  • Drive insight‑led strategic planning, overseeing market, consumer, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities and inform quarterly and annual business reviews.

  • Lead, develop, and elevate the marketing team, ensuring excellence in campaign development, agency briefing, execution, reporting, and capability building.

  • Collaborate with senior cross‑functional and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, compliance with brand guidelines, and contribution to broader business strategy and commercial performance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Provide proven leadership that develops, coaches, and elevates staff at varied career level to build a high-performing and engaged team.

  • Drive fully integrated marketing across ATL, BTL, digital, and data‑driven channels, with highly desirable experience in trade and retail marketing.

  • You can apply strong strategic, commercial, and analytical thinking to translate insights into effective brand, product, and communications plans.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior cross‑functional stakeholders and multiple agency partners to deliver cohesive, high‑impact marketing programs.

  • Desirable to hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or Communications.
