The Opportunity
The Head of Commercial Management is a senior leader responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, margin optimisation, and long-term value creation across our telecommunications business. Operating at the intersection of strategy, finance, product, and sales, this role leads commercial performance management in a highly regulated, competitive telecommunications environment.
The role partners closely with the telecommunications leadership team to translate corporate strategy into executable commercial plans, ensuring disciplined investment decisions, robust business cases, and effective risk management. With a strong focus on customer value, market dynamics, and shareholder outcomes, the Head of Commercial Management enables scalable growth, strengthens commercial capability, and supports consistent delivery against ASX governance and reporting expectations.

Required Skills
- CA/ CPA or equivalent certified
- Experience working in a listed organisation within the commercial management function
- Astute commercial and business acumen
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, ROIC
- Experience working with Senior Leaders to champion high‑impact initiatives that fuel growth, enhance market competitiveness, and deliver strong business results
- Advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
