About you

You will bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in technology roles, including significant leadership experience within cloud, infrastructure or operations

  • Proven experience leading technology teams through cloud and operations transformation

  • Strong knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and a track record of moving organisations toward SaaS/PaaS and modern workplace platforms

  • The ability to build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams, moving away from silos towards more flexible, outcome-driven ways of working

  • A pragmatic approach to simplifying technology, improving service delivery and driving efficiency at scale

  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing vendors, costs and service performance

  • Confidence working in complex, regulated environments where security, risk and compliance are critical

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and translate technology into clear business outcomes

  • A visible, engaging leadership style with a focus on accountability, ownership and continuous improvement

  • A forward-thinking mindset, with an interest in how AI and emerging technologies can improve delivery and customer outcomes
