Lead the ServiceNow ITSM platform for Perpetual Wealth by owning its strategy, roadmap, governance, configuration, development, documentation, support model, and continuous improvement. The role manages end-to-end solution delivery, defines product metrics, ensures platform compliance and performance, coordinates internal stakeholders and developers, and oversees the external ServiceNow partner. It also provides technical guidance, supports business process enhancements, and leads junior resources.

Support month-end accounting, revenue/cash/debtor and investment accounting, prepare reconciliations and financial reports, assist with statutory audit, drive process improvements and finance system projects, and provide stakeholder support for ad-hoc accounting and reporting queries.

As a Paraplanner, you will support Advisors by generating tailored advice documents, conducting financial calculations, and collaborating with the team to enhance client outcomes.

Responsible for driving growth across NSW private wealth accounts by executing strategies, building relationships, and maintaining high account management standards.

Maintain the Approved Product List, support portfolio construction and model portfolio management, and contribute to asset allocation, investment strategy, and House View discussions. Prepare research recommendations for investment committees and board papers, while providing investment communications, presentations, and technical support to advisers and clients.

Lead a team to deliver structured, compliant onboarding for new advisers. Design tailored onboarding plans, coordinate training and collateral, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure advisers are operationally ready from day one in a complex wealth management environment.

Coordinate and drive adviser onboarding for Perpetual Private: manage milestones, develop tailored transition plans, coordinate training, maintain onboarding collateral, resolve stakeholder delays, and support continuous improvement in adviser onboarding processes.

Lead and manage a team delivering 24x7 service desk and onsite concierge services. Oversee workplace services including end-user devices, endpoint management, collaboration platforms and AV/VC support. Maintain knowledge base, track hardware/software inventory, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, drive process improvement and staff development, and coordinate workforce planning and vendor interactions to meet service level targets.

Provide compliant paraplanning services and strategic advice support to Advisers, while coaching junior team members and optimizing internal processes.
