About the Role
As a Senior Paraplanner this role is focused on providing quality, compliant and timely paraplanning services and strategic advice support to Advisers, Partners and clients, as well as provide coaching and support to junior team members.
Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers & other in-house specialists to formulate advice strategies that provide optimal client outcomes
Generate tailored advice & fiduciary documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames & service standards
Meet individual quality and productivity targets
Provide leadership, coaching & onboarding support for less experienced team members
Prepare financial calculations, modelling and detailed cash flow analysis
Proactively seek opportunities to create administrative efficiencies & improve internal tools and templates
Attend client meetings to assist Advisers & Partners in the presentation of complex strategies as required
About You
Minimum 5 years’ paraplanning experience
Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning software
Comprehensive experience in the preparation of investment & strategic reviews including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling
Working knowledge of estate planning, philanthropy, aged care & debt management strategies highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Leadership experience desirable
