What you’ll be doingDesign and launch major customer solutions across TGE’s aviation and multi-modal network
Lead end-to-end project delivery for critical, high-value logistics programs
Partner with Sales to turn opportunities into commercially viable operational models
Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across projects
Use data and insights to optimise service, revenue, and customer outcomes
Collaborate across the business to ensure what’s sold is delivered seamlessly
You’re someone who thrives where complexity meets opportunity:
Strong background in operational delivery, projects, or logistics solutions
Able to influence, align and lead stakeholders across multiple teams
Commercially minded — you understand cost, service, and growth trade-offs
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The ability to do intermittent travel
