As Head of Enterprise Change Capability, you will lead Ramsay’s change agenda by building organisational capability, enabling successful transformation, and ensuring our people are supported through periods of significant change. You will partner with senior leaders and business teams to design practical change strategies that improve readiness, accelerate adoption, and deliver sustainable outcomes across the organisation.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Lead Ramsay’s enterprise change capability strategy and operating model.
  • Provide strategic change leadership across major transformation programs.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Change professionals.
  • Continuously improve Ramsay’s change methodologies and practices.

What You’ll Bring

You are an experienced change leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical delivery in a complex, matrix environment.

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide organisational change, transformation initiatives, or related disciplines within complex organisations.
  • Proven experience building change capability and embedding sustainable change practices.
  • Strong understanding of change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting capability.
  • Experience delivering change across transformation, technology, or process improvement programs.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to shape enterprise change capability within Australia’s largest private hospital operator.
  • Access to leadership development opportunities and career pathways across Ramsay.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
  • Comprehensive benefits program including wellbeing support, professional development, rewards, and employee discounts.
  • Competitive remuneration package aligned to experience.
