About the role (What you’ll be doing)

We’re looking for a Head of Product Growth to shape and own how Juniper converts and retains patients through its digital experience.

This role will shape how thousands of patients experience Juniper at the moments that matter most. From onboarding through ongoing engagement, you’ll define the strategy and priorities across conversion and retention, ensuring we build clear, trustworthy, high-performing experiences that support patients to start and succeed in care.

Your core metrics will centre on conversion and retention. You’ll lead the Product Growth team to identify opportunities, prioritise improvements, and deliver meaningful enhancements to the patient journey, raising the bar on quality, clarity, and performance across every key touchpoint.

You’ll lead the Product Growth function and report directly to the General Manager, Juniper Australia, sitting on the Juniper leadership team

Key responsibilities
  • Own Juniper’s conversion and retention strategy

Define and lead the roadmap across quiz flows, onboarding, lifecycle journeys, and key retention touchpoints - tying experimentation directly to improvements in conversion, retention, and LTV.

  • Lead the Product Growth function

Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team across design, copy, and product growth strategy. Set a clear bar for quality, pace, accountability, and impact.

  • Deeply understand the patient mindset

Go beyond surface metrics. Analyse behavioural data, speak to patients, map friction and motivation, and translate insight into clear, high-impact initiatives.

  • Build high-performing digital journeys

Partner closely with Engineering and Growth to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, and high-converting experiences across onboarding and ongoing engagement.

  • Drive disciplined experimentation and prioritisation

Establish testing frameworks, prioritisation logic, and reporting standards that ensure effort is focused on the highest-leverage opportunities.

  • Be accountable for performance outcomes

Own conversion, retention, and LTV metrics. Diagnose shifts quickly, make decisive trade-offs, and focus the team on what moves the needle.

About you

You’ll likely bring 6+ years of experience across product growth, CRO, retention, or experimentation in high-growth environments.

Strong candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience owning both conversion and retention metrics at scale
  • A sharp instinct for UX, copy, and behavioural psychology
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort owning core commercial metrics
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Clear, structured communication with senior stakeholders
  • High standards for craft, clarity, and execution

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, and care deeply about building digital experiences that help people make confident healthcare decisions.

Why you should join Euc
  • Our teams are incredibly passionate - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself everyday and work amongst people who care deeply about our patients. You’ll be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems and receive regular feedback from a supportive team
  • We move at incredible speed - You’ll work with team mates who build in the open by sharing their work freely, this helps us learn and iterate quickly so we can deliver high quality outcomes faster than our competitors. You’ll spend a lot of time outside of your comfort zone learning and iterating frequently, we wouldn’t have it any other way
  • We will invest in your career - You’ll get access to an annual professional development budget, mentors and buddies to ensure that you have the support you need to level up. You can expect regular performance and pay reviews as your career grows.
  • We are all owners - You’ll be given equity to ensure that you are able to benefit in the upside of your contribution in helping Euc grow. Your ideas will be valued regardless of your role, you will have ownership over the projects you work on which will feel both terrifying but extremely fulfilling
  • We play as hard as we work - From our annual Eucalympics (Olympic themed hackathon), monthly health & fitness allowances, free weekly barista coffees, funded social clubs, quarterly rooftop parties and weekly catered fireside chats, we know how to let our hair down!
  • We’ll have your back when you need us the most - You’ll be able to lean on a range of leave offerings to support you when needed, this includes: personal health and professional development leave, a generous parental leave that offers 20 weeks paid leave for a primary carer, additional miscarriage leave (see more on Kin Fertility’s #WeNeedMoreLeave campaign), as well as our Employee Assistance Programme

At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process.
