We are looking for a Head of Product to join Kiseki, our product in Japan. 

Kiseki.com is a global dating platform that connects Japanese singles with individuals from around the world. The service provides a safe and secure environment for users to create profiles, search for compatible matches, and communicate with potential partners. Kiseki.com focuses on creating meaningful connections and helping users find long-term relationships. The platform also offers features such as personalized matchmaking and language translation services to facilitate connections between individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Kiseki.com aims to bridge the gap between Japanese singles and international dating opportunities.
We are seeking a visionary leader with expertise in the subscription business. If you are passionate about innovation and ready to turn visionary ideas into reality, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of social connectivity. We are looking for a person to work fully remote (being based in GMT+4 to GMT+9 timezones, as the main interaction with the team based in Japan) or on-site (in case you are based in Tokyo). 

    Your main tasks will be:

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share in Japan;
    • Analyze the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities;
    • Define the product direction and create a roadmap for improvements;
    • Coordinate the tech team’s work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently;
    • Evaluate release results, analyze data, and improve the product.

              We expect from you:

              • Previous experience in a similar product role at a subscription business;
              • Product management experience in B2C products, ideally with social products, entertainment, dating, etc.;
              • Language skills: English C1 (this will be the main language to communicate, so this is a must), any level of Japanese will be a huge advantage;
              • AS A PLUS: Experience of product localization in the Japanese market;
              • We are looking for someone based within GMT+4 to GMT+9, as the main interaction will be with a team in Japan.
