Prezzee is a global leader in digital gifting and payments, having sold over 140 million gift cards through partnerships with more than 1,500 brands and serving over 6 million customers worldwide. Our mission is to change lives through the power of giving — leveraging borderless payment technology and innovative digital solutions to help people connect and create memorable moments that truly matter.

Prezzee is looking for a seasoned product leader to own and elevate PrezzeePay as a core growth engine for the business. As Head of Product, PrezzeePay, you’ll own the vision, strategy, roadmap and end-to-end performance of the payments and issuing value stream. By working across the business and external partners, you’ll turn customer problems, business priorities and market opportunities into clear product strategies and measurable outcomes.

This is a senior strategic and operational leadership role where you’ll make the calls that shape what we build, why we build it and how we deliver it.

 What You’ll Do
  • Define the long-term customer-led and data-driven strategy for PrezzeePay and own value-stream OKRs.
  • Build and manage a multi-quarter roadmap balancing customer value, commercial impact, technical sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Lead customer and partner discovery, using behavioural data, analytics, research and experimentation to drive product decisions.
  • Identify new payment use cases, growth opportunities, business models and partnerships.
  • Own GTM strategy and partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Partnerships, Operations, Risk and Compliance to launch and scale new capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships across schemes, processors, issuers and strategic partners.
  • Own prioritisation, business cases, ROI analysis and investment decisions across the value stream.
  • Lead multiple squads and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Data and other functions.
  • Own delivery, proactively managing dependencies, risks and blockers to ensure predictable outcomes.
  • Establish PrezzeePay as a growth product -not simply payments infrastructure.
 What You Bring
  • 10+ years’ experience in product strategy, product management, portfolio leadership or program delivery within technology-driven organisations.
  • Strong experience leading multiple squads or large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Deep understanding of payments, issuing, prepaid open-loop and closed-loop cards, schemes, processors and program management.
  • Proven experience developing customer- and data-led product strategies and multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including business cases, forecasting, modelling and ROI analysis.
  • Experience leading complex GTM initiatives and working with external partners.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to make clear trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
  • Experience working with distributed and global teams.
 Your Strengths
  • Strategic thinker with strong customer and commercial instincts.
  • Decisive, accountable and comfortable making tough prioritisation calls.
  • Outcome-driven, with a bias towards measurable impact over activity.
  • Analytical and data-literate, using evidence to drive decisions.
  • Influential leader who can align and galvanise cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring clarity to complex challenges.
  • Collaborative communicator who builds trust across teams and stakeholders.
