Own product discovery, prioritization, roadmap inputs, and squad backlog management. Translate customer and business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration requirements. Partner with engineering, UX, delivery, commercial, and external teams to assess feasibility, lead agile ceremonies, support UAT, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end performance of PrezzeePay’s payments and issuing value stream. Responsibilities include customer and partner discovery, growth opportunity identification, GTM strategy, business cases, ROI analysis, prioritization, partner management, and leadership of multiple cross-functional squads. The role drives scalable payment capabilities, predictable delivery, and commercial growth across global teams.

Lead marketing and commercial analytics to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue. Build dashboards, measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, attribution), perform cohort and segmentation analysis, evaluate experiments, improve data quality and automation, and partner with Marketing, Product, Data and Engineering to translate insights into growth strategies across B2C, B2B and B2B2C.

Lead global growth and lifecycle strategy across B2B and B2C, driving acquisition, activation, retention and expansion via data-driven experimentation, AI, personalization, MarTech and cross-functional collaboration. Build and coach a high-performing team, oversee MarTech stack, analytics, and reporting, and translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead Prezzee's global campaign calendar and deliver end-to-end B2C campaigns while coordinating B2B regional activity. Translate commercial and product priorities into go-to-market plans, measure and optimize campaign performance, coach a Campaign Executive, and improve campaign processes for scale.

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models to improve customer experience and prevent fraud. Work with large datasets, optimize model performance, ensure scalable real-time production deployments, and collaborate cross-functionally with fraud, product, and engineering teams while advancing MLOps practices.

Part-time (3 days/week) fixed-term copywriter responsible for crafting on-brand copy across campaigns, web, email, social and OOH. Develop messaging and storytelling for B2C and B2B markets, use customer insights and performance data to optimise copy, manage translations into French/French Canadian, apply SEO and emerging discovery methods, collaborate with designers and marketers, and support adoption of AI writing tools.
