Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As the Head of Product for Print, you will lead product strategy and execution across Canva’s entire Print business. This includes owning the end-to-end Print product vision across our shopping experience, SKU expansion, partner integrations, international growth, and deeper integration into Canva’s ecosystem.

Print is entering its next phase of scale - with growing SKU complexity, expanding global footprint, and a more sophisticated operating model. You will lead product management across Print, ensuring strong strategy, clear ownership, and high-quality execution.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Leading product development across Print's core surfaces - Print Panel, Print Shop, logged-out commerce, and partner platform capabilities

  • Driving the evolution of Canva Print to prepare for increased investment and scale, building the systems needed to support large-scale partner networks and supply expansion

  • Owning the product roadmap behind Print's major company goals, including the 1,000+ SKU expansion and becoming the one-stop shop for all printing needs

  • Building the platform capabilities to scale supply and partner integrations - API integrations, partner onboarding, catalog infrastructure, and partner tooling

  • Partnering closely with Print Operations, Engineering, Data and Design to ship Print's expanding product scope with pace and clarity

You're probably a match if

  • You're an experienced product leader with a track record of scaling teams through real complexity - raising the bar on craft and execution, not just managing headcount

  • You develop and retain high-performing PMs, coaching people up and holding a high bar on ownership and accountability

  • You can set a multi-year product vision, make calls in ambiguous spaces, and prioritise high-impact bets using qualitative and quantitative inputs

  • You communicate product strategy clearly to executive audiences and build alignment across senior leadership - you're credible in a room with founders

  • You're comfortable in complex, cross-functional environments and you build scalable systems and processes, not just features

  • You have an AI-forward mindset and know how to incorporate AI into product strategy to drive step-change improvements meaningfully
