The Opportunity

The Missing Link is looking for a commercially sharp Head of Strategic Alliances to own and evolve our vendor strategy and turn key partnerships into high‑impact growth engines.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll move vendor relationships from transactional to truly strategic - driving stronger services attachment, improved margins, and disciplined commercial governance across our Tier 1 partners.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and govern our end‑to‑end vendor portfolio, with a strong focus on Tier 1 partners
  • Drive joint business planning, executive cadence, and strategic alignment
  • Optimise rebates, incentives, MDF, and commercial programs to improve margin outcomes
  • Align sales and marketing execution to agreed vendor priorities
  • Act as the executive interface with ANZ/APAC vendor leadership
  • Build and lead a high‑performing vendor management function

Requirements
    • 8–12+ years’ experience in strategic alliances, vendor or channel leadership (cybersecurity or enterprise IT)
    • Proven success improving vendor economics and commercial outcomes
    • Strong financial acumen and governance mindset
    • Confidence influencing senior sales and executive stakeholders
    • Executive‑level communication and presentation capability
