We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, people‑first international tech company.



With a mission centred on empowering customers and supporting businesses in the investment ecosystem, they’re now looking for a Legal Counsel to join their collaborative in‑house team.



In this role, you will contribute to a broad mix of work across commercial, corporate, privacy, marketing, financial services, IP, and general compliance.

What you will do:

  • Support the business in delivering timely, pragmatic, and innovative legal solutions
  • Provide legal research, advice, and training
  • Act as Privacy Officer for the Australian business
  • Work across commercial contracts, corporate matters, advertising/marketing compliance, financial services law, IP, licensing, and more
  • Drive process improvement and legal operations initiatives
  • Collaborate across the business in a non‑hierarchical, team‑oriented environment


What we’re looking for:

  • AU‑qualified lawyer with 3–5+ years’ experience in general commercial and/or technology law
  • Exposure to (or strong interest in) financial services, fintech, or high‑growth tech
  • Strong communication, curiosity, and a hands‑on mindset
  • Ability to juggle a diverse workload and build strong internal relationships
