We are offering a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic funds management business as in-house Legal Counsel. This is a hands-on, transactional role where you will work on complex fund structures, investment transactions, and strategic legal matters, gaining exposure to high-profile, cross-border deals — a truly unique in-house experience.


In this role, you will work on fund formation and structuring, including drafting and reviewing investor and fund documentation, provide strategic legal advice to support growth and investment initiatives, collaborate closely with operations and distribution teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping the legal function within a growing business.


We are seeking a candidate with 3–5 years’ PQE in transactional funds law, with strong hands-on experience in fund structuring or formation, acquired from either or both of private practice and in-house. The ideal candidate is commercially astute, collaborative and proactive.


This is a rare opportunity to be directly involved in sophisticated, high-value fund transactions, influence and grow the legal function, and gain exposure to innovative, fast-moving fund structures and strategies.
