We're seeking a HR Finance Analyst to support our People & Performance (HR) function across Australia and New Zealand. You'll be responsible of financial planning, reporting, and analysis for people-related costs - including compensation, variable pay, and workforce planning. This role is critical in driving data-backed decision-making and managing the People ZBB (Zero-Based Budget) process.
What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly people cost analysis and reporting using payroll, HRIS, and finance systems
- Prepare forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for people-related spend
- Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for People & Performance
- Collaborate with HR, Shared Services, factories, and global teams
- Provide insights and reports to support leadership decisions
- Support audits and continuously improve finance processes
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (CA/CPA preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in HR Finance with a strong understanding of people related financial process
- Experience with SAP, Workday, Power BI, CCMS and SRM or similar systems
- Analytical mindset and confident communicator
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
