Lead end-to-end enterprise IAM projects and transformation programs from initiation through implementation and transition to business-as-usual. Develop project plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, governance, reporting, and steering committee processes. Coordinate technical and business workstreams, manage delivery risks and issues, and ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Serve as the primary interface between IAM engineering, business, network, technology teams, vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects
from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU.
- Develop project plans, milestones,
dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance
- Manage multiple IAM workstreams and
co-ordinate technical and business tams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within
agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.
- Identify delivery risks, issues and
dependencies and drive timely resolution.
- Establish appropriate project
governance, reporting and steering committee processes.
- Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts,
SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management
- Act as the primary delivery interface
between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams.
- Manage relationship with technology
vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers.
- 8-12+ yers of experience in IT
Project/program management, with significant experience managing
enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs.
