The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join The Missing Link’s Cyber Security team. This role will see you working on a key client project, where you will be responsible for identifying business needs, analysing systems and processes, and supporting the design and implementation of technology solutions that align with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and system requirements
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop functional specifications
- Assist in testing, training, and deployment activities for new and enhanced solutions
- Support project planning and solution delivery efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in ICT environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Solid understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity (desirable)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
