The Identity Experience Analyst is responsible for enhancing the end-to-end User access experience across identity and access management (IAM) services. The role focuses on improving how users requests, obtain, and manage access to systems, ensuring processes are seamless, secure and aligned with organizational policies.

The role bridges the gap between technical IAM capabilities and business user needs, driving continuous improvement in identity services such onboarding, authentication, access request and access reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and optimise end-to-end user provisioning and de-provisioning across enterprise applications and systems.

  • Optimise access request, approvals, and provisioning workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

  • Partner with business units and application owners to define and maintain access control models and user profiles.

  • Perform and Support User Access Reviews (UARs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.

  • Identify, assess, and remediate access control risks and policy violations in collaboration with risk and security teams.

  • Document and maintain IAM procedures, standards, and operation processes.

  • Support audit activities (internal AND external), including evidence gathering and issue remediation.

  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. HR, directories) to ensure consistent identity data and lifecycle management.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.

  • Define and track key identity experience and operational metrics (e.g. time to provision, request accuracy, review completion rates)

Key qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IAM/IDAM role within medium to large enterprise environments

  • In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts including lifecycle management, SSO, RBAC, PAM, and MFA

  • Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, CyberArk, or ForgeRock

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based identity systems

  • Understanding of regulatory standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft SC-300 (Identity & Access Administrator)

  • Vendor-specific certifications from Saviynt, OneIdentity, Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk
