The Role

Location: Sydney

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • You'll be the driving force turning media strategy into reality, managing end-to-end campaigns for the iconic IKEA account.
  • Take the lead on executing media buys across screens (TV, VOD, YouTube) while guiding and mentoring junior team members.
  • Flex your negotiation skills by coordinating compelling OOH and Radio proposals to capture audience attention.
  • Become a key player in a dynamic team, working closely with clients and media partners to deliver campaigns that hit every target.
  • Make a direct impact on major retail events, including brand launches, Black Friday, and the End of Year Sale.

 

Ideal Skills and Experience

A media professional who loves blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution and excels at building brilliant relationships along the way will thrive in this role. We’re also looking for;

  • You have solid experience in offline media, with a confident grasp of TV buying and a passion for creating integrated campaigns.
  • You're a natural collaborator and a brilliant communicator who loves building strong, trusted relationships with clients and your team.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a creative problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to work on a globally recognised brand and are receptive to new ideas and innovative media formats.
  • You're a supportive team player, ready to contribute to a fantastic culture and lead client communications with confidence.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
