The Role
Location: Sydney
We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.
You will collaborate closely with the Digital Transformation Director and Group Investment and Activation Director, playing a crucial role in maintaining consistency, high-quality delivery and innovative testing plans across all markets.
- Lead Across Iconic Brands: Dive into a dynamic role where you'll split your time across a portfolio of top-tier clients, driving operational excellence for Tourism New Zealand and Blackmores while taking the lead on programmatic innovation for the globally loved brand, IKEA.
- Pioneer Programmatic Growth: For IKEA, you'll be at the heart of their digital evolution, shaping their ambitious programmatic agenda, reimagining campaign models, and pioneering new ways to activate powerful, full-funnel campaigns.
- Champion Operational Brilliance: As the operational anchor for TNZ and Blackmores, you'll champion seamless execution, upholding data accuracy, enforcing governance, and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Make an Immediate Mark: Hit the ground running with IKEA to implement major H2 campaigns for Big Brand and EOFY Sale events, while also shaping their crucial FY27 annual planning recommendations.
- Drive Best Practice & Consistency: Act as a key guardian of best practice across your portfolio, maintaining and publishing global strategic test & learn & data governance playbooks, to ensure a unified, high-quality approach to campaign delivery, testing and measurement.
Ideal Skills and Experience
This role is perfect for a curious, forward-thinking, and detail-obsessed individual who is proactive, adaptive, and loves making a tangible impact. We’re also looking for;
- Programmatic & Platform Mastery: You're a wizard in the programmatic ecosystem, with deep, hands-on expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk, especially across video and audio channels.
- Proven Operational Leadership: You have several years of experience in digital media or ad tech operations, with a sharp commercial mindset and a focus on delivering quality and efficiency across multiple accounts.
- Data & Analytics Whiz: You have a strong grasp of data activation, audience design, and optimisation levers, with a knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable performance insights.
- Collaborative & Proactive Spirit: You're a curious, forward-thinking, and adaptive team player who loves digging in to solve problems with your colleagues.
- Obsessed with the Details: You possess an incredible eye for detail and exceptional stakeholder management skills, ensuring nothing gets missed and everyone is on the same page.

At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.
