What You’ll Be Doing:
- Convert warm inbound leads into new revenue - Work the phones daily to close deals from high-intent, inbound lead channels (no cold calls here).
- Own your pipeline across new business, upsell & recycled leads.
- Hit your targets and earn uncapped commission (plus quarterly bonuses).
- Match customer needs to Lawpath’s legal & accounting solutions - Deeply understand customer pain points and confidently sell the right legal & accounting products with urgency and clarity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other internal departments to improve conversion and customer experience
- Stay organised and accountable by keeping Salesforce clean and your KPIs in focus.
Who This Role Suits:
- 1–3 years of sales experience (phone-based or B2B preferred).
- You’re familiar with tools like Salesforce, Intercom, or similar CRMs, and can learn new platforms fast.
- You’re confident, curious, and motivated by goals - you love turning conversations into action.
- Goal-driven, confident, and curious - you turn leads into action.
- Bonus: SaaS, legaltech, or small business sales experience.
