We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

 

  • Provide high quality support to our sales team (major account managers, regional account managers, channel account managers) 
  • SFDC Pipeline management and cadence on behalf of supported account managers 
  • Pricing analysis for opportunities (quoting, compliance, execution) 
  • Understanding of commercial strategies and profit margins 
  • Managing reports and asset management 
  • Assisting in tender responses and strategic opportunities 
  • Providing exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities 
  • Management and retention of Renewals 
  •  Proactive planning to ensure a seamless renewal process 
  • Identify opportunities to trade up to new products 
  • Manage end to end sales process for low to mid-range opportunities on behalf of supported account managers on existing accounts (new business & renewal) 
  • Build relationships across internal/external customers and partner network to drive sales and Fortinet brand 
  • Assisting in managing a busy inbox capturing work flow for team 
  • Act as a team player, helping out with tasks for the wider business 
  • Be willing to go above and beyond expectations of the business with a positive attitude 
  • Brand advocacy – go the extra mile to provide outstanding client experience 
  • Bring creative ideas to the fast growing & evolving business 

 

We Are Looking For:

 

An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:

 

  • 2+ years of experience in the related field. 

  • Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit. 

  • Excellent English communications internally, corporation-wide and externally. 

  • Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred

  • Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals 

  • Basic understanding of WI-FI and its’ use in the market
