What will you be doing?

You’ll help global FMCG brands turn data into real commercial growth. Leading a group of liquor and tobacco clients, you’ll share your deep understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviours, and retail purchasing trends to help them attract new shoppers, boost sales, and drive growth.

You’ll dive into market trends, uncover insights, and deliver smart, actionable recommendations that make a real impact. If you love telling a story with data, influencing decision makers and building strong client partnerships, this is a role where you can truly make your mark.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client challenges into clear, actionable project briefs with data-driven hypotheses
  • Deliver compelling, story-led insights using multiple data sources (scan and shopper) to drive measurable ROI
  • Own and execute strategic account plans tailored to client goals and evolving needs
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities and position Circana’s solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage contracts, invoicing, renewals, and revenue targets
  • Lead and support client transformation initiatives by enabling adoption of Circana’s latest technology
  • Shape and support Circana’s go-to-market strategy, contributing to service positioning, client engagement models, and commercial execution

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in insights or category roles within FMCG, retail or market research
  • Experience in the liquor and or tobacco industry is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn scan and shopper data into clear recommendations
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A consultative, client first mindset and a passion for building lasting partnerships
  • Commercial acumen with a natural ability to spot and unlock growth opportunities
  • Strong planning, project management and prioritisation skills, staying calm and focused in a fast paced environment
