Support development and communication of culture initiatives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, assist planning award ceremonies, maintain documentation, and consolidate reports to support organizational development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of communication materials and campaigns to promote culture initiatives, employee recognition and organizational values
- Support cross-functional collaboration for initiatives related to culture improvement, digital solutions and simplifying ways of working
- Assist in the planning and coordination of the Award ceremonies, including stakeholder engagement and operational support
- Coordinate with HR teams across the Enterprise and other stakeholders to gather inputs and support the delivery of culture initiatives
- Maintain documentation, meeting minutes and consolidate updates / reports to support administration of culture related initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Graphic design or content creation skills (presentations and mass communications).
- Basic data analysis skills, including organizing and interpreting data using Excel.
- Interested in digital transformation, employee experience, and continuous process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and attention to detail
