GENERAL SUMMARY:

The APAC Intern provides support across multiple APAC teams through a structured rotational internship program.

There will be two rotation options: Business (Marketing, Sales, Operations) and Technical (Technical Sales, Consulting, Partner Success, Support).

This role is responsible for assisting with department-specific projects and initiatives while gaining exposure to different business or technical functions within ConnectWise. The intern will work with various managers and team members across selected rotations, contributing to meaningful work and developing practical workplace skills.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in rotational assignments across selected business or technical departments
  • Assists with projects, research, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day team activities
  • May develop and present end-of-rotation summaries, recommendations, or project outcomes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/ OR ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization
  • Ability to work under general supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different teams and responsibilities
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

EDUCATIONAL/VOCATIONAL/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Pursuing a career in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • In-office (Sydney CBD)
  • 3-month semi-permanent contract
