Dexus (ASX: DXS) is a leading Australasian fully integrated real asset group, managing a high-quality Australasian real estate and infrastructure portfolio valued at $50.1 billion.  We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious early-career communications professional to build their experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. As an Internal Communications Coordinator, you’ll help turn business updates into clear, engaging communications that keep people informed, connected and focused on what matters most.

You’ll work across multiple channels and formats, creating and coordinating content with a strong focus on quality, consistency and execution. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in doing things well, and is excited to grow their skills and confidence in a supportive team.

You will make an impact by:

  • Draft, edit and publish clear, engaging content across email, intranet, newsletters and digital screens, turning inputs into well-structured communications that are easy to understand and relevant to the audience.
  • Apply strong storytelling, formatting and simple visual presentation to bring messages to life, while ensuring every piece aligns to tone of voice, brand and accessibility standards.
  • Support the delivery of campaigns and organisation-wide initiatives by coordinating content across channels, maintaining key platforms and preparing communications in line with agreed timelines.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather inputs, confirm details, manage deadlines and keep work moving through the right review and approval processes.
  • Stay on top of multiple requests in a fast-paced environment, using trackers, calendars and good judgement to prioritise work, coordinate publishing and spot gaps or risks early.

About You

You are a strong communicator who brings good judgement, initiative and a collaborative approach. You are comfortable working with different stakeholders, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated  experience in internal, corporate or agency communications, with exposure to content creation in a professional environment.
  • Experience writing and publishing content across channels such as email, intranet, newsletters or digital screens.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn information into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines, follow processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Comfortable using communication platforms and digital tools, and open to learning new systems and ways of working.
