ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Antler Australia’s Investments team in Brisbane on February 10th, 4 days per week for 10 weeks to assist with coordinating the program with the Queensland Director, Stefan Knight. Now deploying our second fund, Antler has ambitions to invest into hundreds of companies in the region over the next few years.

Alongside creating better systems, processes, and tools, the role also includes supporting the development of Antler’s brand presence in Brisbane. Responsibilities include:

  • Own key investment and program coordination processes to optimise for quality and speed of investment and regularly communicate these to founders
  • Support the cohort and founders across several key areas including ideation to team formation and pitch practice
  • Assist in the smooth delivery of Antler’s cohort content including managing in-person sessions and owning the tech setup for session delivery
  • Create and maintain processes and tools that further Antler’s goal in delivering a world class program experience to founders and making high quality investments at pace
  • Assess founders, conduct due-diligence and decide on investment recommendations for the Partners and Investment committee

  • Hybrid Role: This role requires 4 days per week at The Precinct in Fortitude Valley
  • Salary: A$35 per hour
