Join DP World as an IT Applications Analyst & Support specialist on a 12-month contract, supporting business-critical applications across the ANZ region. In this role, you’ll provide primary technical support and ongoing maintenance to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for system enhancements, contributing to their development and implementation. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in promoting the effective use of application features, helping the business maximise efficiency and get the most value from its systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 support, maintenance, and monitoring of business-critical applications to ensure high availability across all sites
- Deliver remote and onsite technical support, including after-hours incident response
- Support key platforms including Navis SN4 (primary) and Oracle, CAMCO, Customer Portal, and other business applications (secondary)
- Perform system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and application server maintenance across Windows and Linux environments
- Assist with application upgrades, releases, and patching activities, including after-hours deployments
- Collaborate with infrastructure, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) and organisational standards
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise enhancements, and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to solution design, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate testing, releases, and production transitions, including post-implementation support
- Maintain documentation, share knowledge, and promote best practices across application support
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or related field; ITIL Foundation (desirable)
- 5 plus years’ experience in application support within enterprise environments
- Strong experience in application maintenance, testing, and BAU support, with exposure to project work
- Intermediate skills in Groovy, Java, and Shell scripting
- Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration and application environments
- Experience with tools such as SVN and JIRA; exposure to Kafka/Apache (desirable)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, triage issues, and support complex application architectures
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Well-developed organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn new technologies in a dynamic environment
