Play a key role in significant transformation initiative in payment's operations.
About the Role
Join our Payment Operations Program (POP) and play a critical role in delivering one of our transformation initiatives. The Payments Operations Program is a large, business led program which is working to: uplift the operating model and resourcing for the RITS ecosystem; strengthen shared services processes and IT controls that support RITS and related systems; and improve knowledge management processes and systems and related training programs for staff supporting RITS.
As part of the Enterprise Change Practice, you will be supported day to day by the program Senior Change Manager, in leading people-focused change activities for Technology uplift in the payment’s operation environment. You will be working with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.
Being part of this program will allow you work on an end-to-end Change Program, allowing a great opportunity to really impact the change.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Change Management: Lead the development and execution of change plans, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, and transition planning.
Communications Planning & Execution: Design and deliver communication and engagement plans that bring clarity and confidence to change.
Collaboration & Influence: Partner with project teams and business leaders to embed sustainable change.
Training & Capability Uplift – Designing and implementing training plans to support behavioural and process change.
Conduct Change Impact Assessments - Analyse how changes affect people, processes, systems, and culture.
Monitor and Report on Change Readiness - Use surveys, interviews, and data to assess readiness and track adoption progress.
About You
Proven experience in Change Management within large-scale transformation programs, preferably on Technology uplift initiatives (systems, processes and ways of working)
Strong knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex messages in a simplified way
Strong capability in crafting and delivering clear, targeted communications.
Experience with building trust and influencing across senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Ability to navigate complex environments and competing priorities.
A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and planning.
