IT Project Manager, WMS Conversions
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint a talented IT Project Manager, WMS Conversions to join our team in Lurnea, Sydney.
A Lineage WMS Conversions Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, coordinating and conversion of the global Warehouse Management System and associated initial usage.
The role primarily involves the execution and coordination of resources across multiple teams working concurrently on multiple projects.
This will include establishing project management methodology, ensuring overall alignment including communication to both internal and external teams, tasks dependency identification and resolution, prioritization and milestone establishment and tracking.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Adapting project management best practices and methodologies based on the current IT landscape.

Leading a project team, creating and maintaining group cohesiveness whilst also collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Delivery of IT commitments (high quality, on budget, on time) while working on multiple projects concurrently.

Developing project status reports and briefs.

Manging overall project scope, schedule and expectations.

Identifying and manging risk proactively.

Aligning project goals with the organisation and sponsor.

Working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
To be successful, you will ideally have:

A University degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.

Experience in Supply Chain Management, 3PL Logistics and controlled temperature logistics preferred.

Experience in the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems.

A proven track record in managing large, multi-stream projects.

Impressive project management, leadership and stakeholder management credentials.

Ability to travel locally and regionally.
