What you'll do

You will join our internal IT team who manage LEAP's global internal network. You'll own the "business as usual" part of the team and resolve queries and issues as reported by LEAP's Australian employees via the Jira ticketing system. This will include onboarding and offboarding users, preparation of devices and everything in between. You'll have support and training from a customer focused team of problem solvers who enjoy continuous learning and driving internal efficiencies.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Assist with incoming requests for support and troubleshooting issues on PCs, Macs, Printers, and Networks.
  • Keep up-to-date ticket notes and documentation.
  • Purchase hardware and updating the asset manager.
  • Onboard and offboard users across the internal systems (Active Directory, Office 365, DropBox, Zoom, Atlassian).
  • Set up new hardware (PC/Mac) and deliver it to end-users on time.
  • Be involved in projects pre-implementation activities.
  • Actively think about improving processes and internal procedures to make your job more efficient and faster.

What you'll bring

You'll have at least 2 years experience in an IT Support role, along with:

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience with Windows 11 and Mac OS
  • Administrative experience in Dropbox and Zoom.
  • Experience with Atlassian products, mainly with Jira and Confluence.
  • An understanding of Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
  • An understanding of LANs, WANs, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN
