The role

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Infrastructure Manager, providing quick, reliable IT support to both our internal teams and external contractors. Based onsite in our Sydney office, you’ll be part of a small, tight-knit IT team, helping out with everything from setting up devices to managing Cloud PCs and supporting various apps. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly across the company and pitching in with other tech teams when needed.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide IT support for all Prosparians
  • Set up Windows and Mac laptops using Intune
  • Manage Cloud PCs
  • Provide full support for hardware and apps like Confluence, Trello, Miro, Slack, Salesforce and Microsoft applications
  • Track and manage service requests in Jira
  • Ensure IT services are secure
  • Follow IT processes and procedures
  • Assist with MS Teams rooms and office AV gear
  • Keep track of app and hardware inventory
  • Set up and move IT equipment around the office
  • Lend a hand to other tech teams with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and handling security tokens
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience managing Microsoft O365 apps
  • Ideally exposure to Entra ID
  • Apple device experience is a plus
  • Certified (or willing to complete) Microsoft (AZ-900)
  • Ready to learn how to support apps like Confluence, Trello, Miro, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Be hands-on and proactive, supporting a busy team
  • Work well with others and value different ideas
  • Excited to pick up new skills and tech
  • Excellent time management, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
