Profile Requirements:

  • Mandatory:
  • Min 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Systems Engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Desirable:
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.

Core responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for clients across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
  • Administer, support, and troubleshoot issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Assist in implementing and managing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.
  • Participate in an on-call support roster as required.
  • Stay current with developments in Microsoft technologies, security, and modern IT practices.
