  • Learns quickly and loves picking up new technology.
  • Is naturally curious and enjoys solving puzzles and technical challenges.
  • Takes initiative and isn't afraid to ask questions.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with people just as much as working with technology.
  • Is organised, motivated and keen to grow your career.
  • Ideally you'll also have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Exposure to Microsoft operating systems.
  • Some knowledge of databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
  • An understanding of basic troubleshooting or software support principles.

Why join us?

  • A clear career development pathway with opportunities to grow.
  • Hybrid working that supports work-life balance.
  • Access to extensive learning resources, technical development and ongoing mentoring from experienced professionals.
  • A collaborative, supportive team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
  • Modern open-plan offices where ideas are welcomed and innovation is encouraged.
  • Regular social events, team celebrations and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
  • The chance to work on meaningful software that positively impacts communities across Australia and around the world.

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
