Junior Talent Advisor | Retail & Hotels - Volume (Contract)

Ready to power the ultimate summer hiring spree for one of Australia’s favorite drinks and hospitality brands?

Summer is our biggest season, and our Talent team is gearing up to bring thousands of new faces on board at Dan Murphy’s, BWS, and ALH Hotels. We’re searching for sharp, energetic recruiters and admin superstars who thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume atmosphere to help us hit the ground running.

This role will be a fixed term contract commencing ASAP with opportunities extending until early December or late January. This is a high energy, great vibe, hybrid role. Let’s make this summer huge! 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Create the best candidate experience with a service mindset to support the hiring and onboarding queries of leaders and new team 
  • Support the recruitment process and track candidates through their assessment stages with agility and pace 
  • Attention to detail & working with care of our compliance administration in the hiring and onboarding of new team members
  • Working in a fast paced environment where you will need to manage conflicting priorities and fluctuating workload with a willingness to pivot and work as a team player to support business priorities
  • Strong Administration based role where you will be working on in excess of 120 roles at any one time

About You

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sound understanding of Excel & Google Sheets
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Eager to learn and Dream Big within Endeavour Group
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience highly regarded
